We understand, that from time to time, scheduled appointments may need to be cancelled, due to severe weather and other unexpected life
events. However, no call and last minute cancellations make it harder to fill that open time slot. Since we work by appointment, we request that you notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, this allows us to fill your open appointment slot. We do provide automated text appointment reminders. Therefore, a $25 late cancellation and no show fee maybe applied . A multiple pet family- late cancellation or a history of late cancellation or no call, will be asked to prepay for next or future. appointments.
We want to make sure that you are happy with your pet's groom, that is why we provide a 48 hour guarantee. If there is anything, about one of our grooms, that well, you are less than thrilled about, and we are able to fix it, we will gladly do it free of charge. Please contact us with-in 48 hours. A charge will apply after 48 hours.
We do take photos of pets for advertisement and educational purposes. If you do not wish for photos to be taken of your pet, please let us know at check in. Also, if you wish to purchase an 8x10 photo of your pet, please let us know at check-in.
